More abuse: cabinet minister mails Easter cards to constituents and includes wife and children

The Minister for Competiveness and Digital, Maritime and Services Economy, Manuel ‘Tajtu Zewg Tiri’ Mallia, has had a bundle of Easter cards printed up under his official government title and had them mailed only to his constituents.

A cabinet minister shouldn’t be sending Easter cards to anyone at all, but sending them only to the people who can vote for him, in his capacity as Minister of the GOVERNMENT OF THE COUNTRY, is particularly abusive.

And to make matters worse, he has included his wife and children – creating the impression that they are somehow part and parcel of his cabinet position, like some tin-pot tyrant in the Third World of 60 years ago.
