I challenge Brian Tonna to publish Willerby Trade Inc’s account statement from Pilatus Bank
In a simple email which evades the question of his ownership of Willerby Trade Inc in the British Virgin Islands, and the account it holds at Pilatus Bank in Malta, Brian Tonna has denied buying a London mansion house for £17 million.
I challenge him to publish his account statements for Willerby Trade Inc from Pilatus Bank, without first doctoring them.
This last is an important point given the fact that Tonna’s outfit used fake documents on doctored PDFs, purporting to be by HSBC Bank Malta to restructure companies in the British Virgin Islands for Allied Newspapers Ltd managing director (since resigned) Adrian Hillman, the Prime Minister’s chief of staff Keith Schembri, and Schembri’s business partner Malcolm Scerri.
Readers should also bear in mind that Brian Tonna set up Willerby Trade Inc for money-laundering purposes in the first place. He also uses it to conceal his profits from the Maltese authorities. Because his ownership of the British Virgin Islands company was concealed by nominees, he was able to use it to invoice his Malta companies and funnel money out of the country and off the ‘income’ column of his balance sheet, while still continuing to own it secretly.
