Just an observation

Malta’s presidency of the European Council is going really well for Joseph Muscat. I’m guessing he never heard the criminal maxim that for seriously bad crooks, money-launderers and other criminals to survive in a democracy without detection, they have got to stay right out of the limelight.

That becomes a bit of a problem when your route to criminal riches is via the limelight of government.
