Elshad Nasirov, vice president of investments and marketing and a member of the council (board) at the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), will be visiting Prime Minister Muscat at 6.30pm today, with his country’s Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov. They land in Malta at 6.10pm.
