Adrian Hillman imposed austerity measures at Allied Newspapers while receiving hundreds of thousands of euros from supplier Keith Schembri

Between 2011 and 2015, when he received at least €650,000 in multiple secret payments from Keith Schembri, Adrian Hillman was managing director of Allied Newspapers Ltd, publishers of the Times of Malta and The Sunday Times. Schembri’s business, Kasco, was the main supplier to those newspapers and their printing-press, Progress Press Ltd.
