Chris Cardona uses minister’s email to argue with elector who asks him to stop texting

Please start reading from the bottom. Here you have an elector, Keith Muscat, who received so many text messages on his phone from the Economy Minister and his canvassers that he emailed the Economy Minister directly on his government address.

Cardona replies patronisingly, and then – with his usual sarcasm and still using his ministerial email address – tells his aides to remove Mr Muscat from their mailing/texting campaign lists.

And those aides are all paid out of the public purse as ‘persons of trust’ – to work on Cardona’s campaign for re-election.
