Environment Minister goes door to door for the Labour Party in his government car

Jose Herrera, the Minister for the Environment, was in his constituency going door to door for the Labour Party yesterday, in his government car still wearing its official GM plates. The car was parked on a double yellow line as he went up and down the street.
