Environmental campaigner Astrid Vella to vote PN/PD

The leader of the environmental campaign group Flimkien Ghal Ambjent Ahjar, who was particularly vocal against the Nationalist government of 2008-2013, has said on Facebook that she will vote ‘Forza Nazzjonali’ – for the PN/PD grouping – on 3rd June.

“I would vote for a change from a party that has retained Panama account holders as minister and OPM advisor,” she wrote, “Especially knowing that that coalition includes a very vocal watchdog to keep it on the strait and narrow. It’s not ideal, but there you are.”
