Evarist Bartolo uses government car and chauffeur to round up votes

Evarist Bartolo, the Minister of Education in Joseph Muscat’s caretaker government, has been using his government car, still wearing its official GM plates, and his state-funded chauffeur to visit constituents and knock on doors asking for votes.
