Helena Dalli’s 30-page campaign brochure is funded by the taxpayer

Cabinet ministers Helena Dalli and Owen Bonnici have found a way to have the taxpayer pay for their campaign collateral. They are including the words ‘minister’ and ‘ministry’ and passing it off as official government communications business.

Bonnici’s full-page colour advertisements in the newspapers are passed off as Ministry of Justice ads, and this week, Dalli had a 30-page booklet about her fabulous achievements mailed to all addresses in her constituency – passed off again as official government communications.
