Here’s a picture of the head of the civil service, celebrating at Labour HQ in 2013
This is a picture taken at Labour HQ shortly after the party had won the general election in 2013. You can see Mario Cutajar, the head of the civil service, right there.
The first thing Muscat did when he became Prime Minister was put Cutajar in charge of the civil service and make him principal permanent secretary.
In the same picture, you can see Joseph Muscat in a unique instance of hugging a woman with enthusiasm. However, the woman in question is the boyish Alessandra Pace, so he probably felt safe and didn’t freeze as he does around the Super one sex kittens.
Pace, who worked hard for the Labour Party’s 2013 campaign, was rewarded with a position first in the Office of the Prime Minister, then working for Phyllis Muscat on the organising committee for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2015, and now with the post of head of marketing for the ultra-shady Ram Tumuluri at the company which has taken over Malta’s public hospitals.
Most of Pace’s extended family of parents, uncles, aunts and cousins were transferred to the state payroll after March 2013.
