Joseph Muscat’s impressive aides try to fix things for him with the University debate

Two of the Prime Minister’s most scintillatingly impressive aides – his chief of government communications, Kurt ‘Looking for Snow White’ Farrugia, and Alex ‘Tander’ Saliba, who uploads picture of his bedroom on Facebook – turned up at the University today for a meeting with the society which organises the traditional electoral debate between the party leaders.

Apparently, the Labour leader has issues with accepting the invitation. His aides say that it is because some Ukrainian big cheese will be in Malta that day (so that’s why they turned up at the university then – to say something they could have done in an email). But we know better.

He’s scared that the students in the audience will begin yelling #BARRA #KORROTT #EGRANT #PANAMA. He’ll also have an issue with the fact that this time, it’s going to be three – Arnold Cassola, Marlene Farrugia, Simon Busuttil – against one, him.
