Like his sidekick Keith, Muscat has refused to appear before the PANA Committee

When the PANA Committee – the European Parliament committee charged with looking at the implications of the Panama Papers – came to Valletta, Keith Schembri refused to appear before it, instead sending a letter by hand, given to the committee chairman in the street, a few minutes before his appointment, saying that he wouldn’t be turning up.

Now the PANA Committee has asked Joseph Muscat to appear before it in Brussels on 18 May, and he has refused too.

Are these jokers quite done with disgusting us?
