Muscat: by his own admission, lies are his default position

This was before the 2013 general election. This was one of those telling moments when, if people had listened to what he said, instead of just hearing it, they wouldn’t have voted for him.

Few people vote consciously for those whose default position is lying, and for whom telling the truth is an exception that you are forced into by certain political situations.
