Prime Minister refuses to say whether his chief of staff has an undeclared bank account in Switzerland

Two months ago, I had written this after learning that Keith Schembri, accompanied by his wife, had flown to Switzerland for the weekend. I immediately understood somehow that they’d gone in connection with a bank account, because with Swiss accounts a lot of what you have to do must be done in person, and if you want your wife to become a signatory, for instance, you have got to take her with you.
