A week before polling day, and they’re still parking like cowboys

These people should know that their position makes it incumbent on them to uphold the rules, laws and regulations more than anybody else. Instead it they think their position gives them licence to do as they please, while the little people are forced to obey or pay fines.

And then there is the inconvenience they cause to others by parking so abusively. But what do they care about that, either?
