This is an email message which I received tonight

Dear Mrs Caruana Galizia,

I have gathered my guts in sending you this email tonight.

Normally I do not get this involved in politics. I come from a very staunch Labour family, and I have always voted Labour. However, since Muscat has taken the helm of my country, I have noticed that things are not right. This was not the Labour government I voted for.

This electoral campaign has rocked my fundamental political beliefs, and up till last week I was very confused on how to vote. I was seriously thinking to invalidate my vote and give up. However, lately I could feel the tension soaring and honestly, my gut feelings are telling me that I cannot trust Muscat and his cronies anymore.

I think that there are many other people who are feeling like me, and tonight I have made up my mind. I do not want to waste my vote. I want to make a difference. Tomorrow I am choosing Malta.

If you like, I give you permission to publish my above comments on your blog, but I would like you to protect my identity as I do not wish to make my name public.

Kind regards,
