Sai Mizzi, the wife-on-paper of corrupt cabinet minister Konrad Mizzi – flew in to Malta from Shanghai today. It’s a long way to come to cast your vote, but she has to make sure that she and her husband-on-paper stay on the gravy train and out of prison.
