Delia now says “There is no proof of Jersey bank account”. Here is the proof.
The Malta Independent, quoting Adrian Delia tonight:
“He said there is no proof of an account in Jersey, adding that he cannot give an explanation about something he does not know about.”
When crooked people lie and they’re not particularly bright to begin with, the inevitable happens. First he said there is no bank account. Then I published documents showing he had a bank account in his personal name at Barclays International in Jersey, including the account number and the sort code. So then he said it belonged to his clients – except that it didn’t, because it’s his personal name on it.
And now he is saying, like a crook facing trial, that there is “no proof” of its existence. Actually, there is, Mr Delia – not only proof of its existence but also proof that the money paid into Adrian Delia’s Jersey bank account was paid by Eve Bajada.
Here is the conclusive proof: bank account in Jersey
If Mr Delia wishes to see the original of this document, he can ask HSBC Bank Malta when he next pops in to sign a deed of constitution of debt using his wife’s power of attorney, with or without her knowledge and consent.
