They wanted you to vote against Keith Schembri. Now they want you to vote for Adrian Delia.

This is Janet Barthet, one of the people running Adrian Delia’s campaign to become leader of the Opposition.

Last May, a week before the general election, she wanted you to vote to save Malta from the money-launderers in government. Now, she wants you to use your vote, if you have one, to make a former – and for all you know, a current – money-launderer leader of the Nationalist Party.

Some people have a dictionary that does not include the word ‘consistency’.

“He’s our money-launderer so he’s OK.”
