Delia’s New Way: proto-fascist scenes of roughnecks chanting and shouting support for their man while drinking in a bar

Adrian Delia’s campaign people have actually uploaded this video on his official campaign page and billed it as (translated from Maltese), “a great show of enthusiasm for the arrival of Adrian Delia at the Birkirkara PN club after the television debate”.

I don’t see a single woman there. Do you? There are only rough men, all chanting and all drinking or drunk already. It’s like a football crowd, after a match, not a political meeting. This is the New Way? A way without women? A way in which football hooligans, thugs, rough men and the like chant and rule the roost?

Even Adrian Delia’s wife has vanished. All hail a women-free future, soaked in sleaze: the roughnecks are out drinking and chanting and the women are in the brothels or at home popping out one baby after another, not allowed to work and made to hand over their power of attorney to their husband.

This is not looking good. This scene in the bar? The constant shows of roughnecks and men everywhere but no women? It’s 1930s Germany, for those who know their history. We are all pooh-poohing the obvious proto-fascist in the race – Frank Portelli – and have completely overlooked the proto-fascism of the more insidious Adrian Delia.
