Illegal zoo owner appears to have known that today’s Planning Authority vote would favour him

Anton Rea Cutajar, whose illegal and extensive zoo development, where he breeds big cats and sells them, was approved by the Planning Authority today, seems to have known that the vote would go his way. He uploaded this on his Facebook page yesterday, among his photographs of tiger cubs.
