Malta Today journalist and current ‘I’m more Palestinian than the Palestinians’ activist, Karl Schembri, writing on the Facebook wall of his Malta Today colleague, Matthew Vella, who lives his dreams by dressing up as a Libyan rebel while sitting in an ugly room above Tal-Makaw Ironmongery in San Gwann, typing for his boss, Saviour Balzan:

Who was he talking about? Ah yes, a Maltese man who is Jewish and therefore, presumably, circumcised.

    As a vaguely anonymous person with a stunning Hebrew pseudonym, the fact that Malta Today is two Holocaust denials away from being an openly anti-Semitic paper (just ask the editor) hasn’t escaped me.

    Also, Matthew Vella looks a complete tosspot in that photo.

    Karl Schembri’s comment confirms that many pro-Palestinians are in fact anti-Semites and their support for the Palestinians is only a socially-acceptable cover for their anti-Jewish sentiments.

      Well said Karl. Most of these people only support the Palestinians because it means that they can put the boot in to the Jews.

    This is utterly stupid. Apart from being racist, such comment shows a high degree of ignorance … since most Palestinians (if not all), being Muslim, are also circumcised.
