Nikita gets to grips with political sciences, plural

Nakita Zammit Alamango has removed her post from the Start blog, possibly while she gets the spelling and grammar checked by Silvio Parnis.

But she’s left this instead:

Nikita Alamango
Nikita is reading a BSC Political Sciences at the London School for Political Sciences and is also active in various youth organizations.

The original lie was that she is studying at the London School of Economics and Political Science. When that lie was exposed for what it is, instead of wiping the whole thing away and sticking to the facts, she merely edited the name.

What is the London School for Political Sciences?

Political sciences? Does she think there’s more than one?

Of such fools is the Labour Party’s present and future made. And no, I am not pleased about it, either. I am frightened – and not for the reasons that the fools in question imagine.

She is perfectly right. There are two distinct political sciences.

There is political science. There is also the political science that emanates from a garage in Qawra.

An institute has been set up in London to cater for both schools of thought.
