Is this part of his political campaign? It’s like when he delivers medicine and other goods to the elderly in Paola to get their No.1 vote. Does this mean that he is a good politician? Having a heart of gold is a virtue, but has nothing to do with politics.
When I left Malta and began to live elsewhere, the first thing I did was join the City Angels. One of my duties was delivering medicine to the housebound who have no support from neighbours, family or friends. It’s more or less what Mr. Parnis does in his normal life. “Allura x’naghmel naghtiha ghall-politika?”
cat, the real problem lies in the fact that when this gentleman becomes Ministru tas-Sawt, he will have access to public money, which is your money and my money. He will not be asking for anything on his wall.
If only he could congratulate him for “Gheluq Halqek” – that would call for a national feast.
