Jahasra, x’tlifna!

This comment was posted beneath the latest (yawn) ‘Gonzi and Debono meet again’ story on timesofmalta.com. I think it’s ironic.

  1. Rita Camilleri says:

Jesus – these people really never learn, do they ?

  2. Jozef says:

Joseph also proclaimed his support for same sex civil unions yesterday at the waterfront, if he gets to be prime minister. Of course.

Is he targeting Karl Gouder now?

    • ciccio says:

Have you seen how Cyrus starts nodding every time he realises the TV cameras are pointed at him? I think I have seen him do it before on other TV programs.

    • Paul Bonnici says:

Well the PN promised to introduce some legislation during this term in office. They have been dragging their feet too long on it.

      Is Karl Gouder gay?

[Daphne – Yes, of course. He is the only openly gay MP. And he’s not on the Opposition benches either.]

  3. GB says:

Dawn it-tip ta’ nies jew qeghdin jghixu fil-qamar jew f’xi dinja ohra, ma nafx x’naqbad nghid.

  4. BuBu says:

I think this guy’s tongue is firmly wedged in his cheek. At least I hope it is.

  5. el bandido guapo says:

Sorry, Daphne, but it seems the irony was lost!

Yes if not mistaken I had read another post by this person and if I am correct there is little doubt that he was/is taking the mickey.

  6. maltador says:

Fingers crossed that it is ironic…though the cynical part of me believes it’s just another one of Joseph’s cronies clogging up the already sub-standard timesofmalta.com comments board.

  7. il-bonn says:

No, these people will never learn, mostly because unfortunately they are unable to do so.

They can only memorize and blindly follow orders.

  8. Paul Bonnici says:

Dr Muscat has promised manna from heaven to his supporters. He will live to regret his hollow promises.

When the LP comes to power, we will see oil rigs all over Malta and oil tankers surrounding Malta waiting to export crude oil. Malta will be richer than Qatar.

  9. Gakku says:

I think I would vote Labour if their manifesto includes a North Korea style forced re-education programme for anybody without a decent grasp of English and Maltese.

  10. All aboard says:

I think it’s someone taking the Mickey, although not perfect, the spelling is too good for an honest-to-God PL acolyte

  11. Mark. Galea says:

    Hbieb, jien Mark. Galea

Ovvja li dak kien kumment ironiku. Niskanta kif hawn nies li setghu haduni bis-serjeta.

Pero, mhux l-ewwel darba li xi whud (tal-Labour) jaghtuni l-prosit ghax ma jifmhux l-kumment … :)

  12. Silvio Farrugia says:

I wonder what excuse Labour will use so as not to implement its impossible promises.

The EU will not let us borrow money?

We found a worse mess than we thought?

The world’s economy is worse now than when we made our promises?

  13. GiovDeMartino says:

Mark Galea shouldn’t be surprised that he was taken seriously.

When I read about that goal scored by Milan against Juventus and the referee decided that the ball had not crossed the line, I posted a short comment “Only in Malta” because some snobs believe that everything is stupid here and everything is perfect abroad.

Somebody posted a comment telling me that the incident happened between two Italian teams, in Italy and with an Italian ref.
