Spoilsports: they’ve locked their pre-, post- and wedding videos
It seems like Gozo Vision thought they were getting a little too much publicity from the videos they uploaded on their website for publicity purposes.
A few hours, some 400 Facebook recommendations and much hilarity later, they’ve all been locked or deleted.
Boo.
Never mind. There’s still the About Us section on the website.
Philip and Maria created several Video Productions and websites about diverse subject including football, folklore, Fests and Local Council Activities. Noticing our talents, our friends, urged us to start doing Videographer on a professional basis. The quality of the video material was also acknowledged by local TV stations. In fact, we was asked permission to allow Super One TV, Net TV and TVM to allow them to use our filming on their sports news. Later on, we was also awarded a program named “Gfa Review” on Educ 22 and Melita Plc. Then we start filming wedding service. We use the modern digital capturing and editing equipment to produce high quality and beautifully presented film of YOUR BIG DAY. We work in a sensitive and unobtrusive manner with low pressure and friendly approach to filming leaving you free to enjoy your day.
And lots of pre-wedding photos.

[Daphne – I know. But I imagine it’s just a coincidence. Incidentally, this feature looks like it was shot by Gozo Vision. What were they thinking? A pre-wedding video with a medieval theme.]
A pre-orgy video would have been more likely.
Each of the band members was given a chance of appearing in a fantasy sequence of their choice. Forty years later they all come across as hopelessly dated, which doesn’t say much for our GV friends.
Fortunately the music (Led Zep’s that is) sounds as good as ever. Now where’s that Pamela Andersen video I had stashed away.
You can leave school at sixteen and do videographer.
Only in Gozo. Jaqq.
And now they’ve proceeded with removing the whole website altogether!
The trouble is that they take the endorsement by Maltese TV stations as a sign of quality.
Good one!
Your comments beneath the pics are hilarious.
Yes, they’re funny – but what is funnier is the way the Maltese are so overjoyed to be able to feel superior to someone else when in truth they lack the charm and naivity of the Gozitans which is replaced by brash vulgarity or sneering condescension.
What’s funnier is that they’re probably graduates from the University of Malta.
The horse is sweet. Is it a Friesian?
I accidently passed by their studios and there was a small crowd outside. It was around 5.30.
The fisherman and the mermaid …
we was, we was
Daphne, they’ve taken the whole site down.
[Daphne – How ridiculous. Why put it up in the first place, if you don’t want people to look at it?]
Perhaps they are about to release an even more “professional” website.
