One of the strangest sights yesterday was that of Alfred Sant and Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando colluding on a hatchet job in parliament.

Do you mean that if I live long enough, there is a chance that when Joseph Muscat is in government, Alfred Sant will be appointed as chairman of MEPA and will exercise a casting vote to grant Jeffrey a permit to develop the Mistra disco?

Why not, do you think environmental issues had anything to do with the Sant/JPO 2008 squabble?

I don’t think we’ll need to live “long” enough. Even a short life will be in for a few strange sights. A few short months and hey presto, we’ll be having the thrills of our lives.

    What a dismal outlook.

Dismal for sure. Here we have the ‘Three Fuckateers’ totally screwing up Malta’s future by allowing the hairless, fat, communist wannabe an open road to ruin all the progress made over the last 25 years.

Little Joey says, I quote, ‘redistribution of wealth’, a quote from Lenin. The end of progress is nigh if this scary little dwarf is elected by the great unwashed. Wake up people.

I wonder what Alfred Sant was thinking when Jeffrey kicked off his ghalfejn tormentone in the last sequence. And what he must be thinking today.
