A simple reference to the minutes of the Board of Directors of Air Malta when the purchase of the RJ’s were discussed will be more than enough to settle this matter.
If this is the collusion that JPOS is referring to than it is about time that the word is given a new meaning since as far as I am aware collusion implies that a person underhandedly agrees with somebody to do something such as =- voting with the opposition to bring down someone from your own party.
