He’s b*ggered off

In my previous post, I wrote of just how ridiculous this situation is, in which Joseph Muscat b*ggers off on holiday and leaves us talking about The Obsessed and Paranoid when we should be talking about him so intensely that he has to stay here and deal with the media onslaught.
After all, it is he and not The Obsessed who are planning to run the country in just a few months (or less than that).
And bang on cue, I have just received a text message: Joseph and Michelle have left for Italy, on holiday.
Unbelievable.

Why, if he is so concerned about the coalition would he go on holiday?
It just shows that even with the difficult situation facing the government Joseph knows the country is in the safest possible hands.
He did the same last year when Libya was imploding and his presence in Malta was required.
He just has to hide when it’s his turn.
Franco likes Italy.
No doubt the coconut will have organised informal meetings with Umberto Bossi. They have much in common, illegal immigrants being one if them.
Where’s Joe Sammut?
Rebuilding his connections in Libya, maybe?
It reminds of a battle cry.
“Coraggio, fuggiamo!”
I am really beginning to pity Alfred Sant since it was Joseph Muscat who, during the 2008 electoral campaign, gave away Sant’s scoop to someone close to the PN.
So it follows that poor Alfred was betrayed twice – by his predecessor Mintoff and by his successor Joseph Muscat.

Montatura perfetta, kollox Kien ippjanat fuq istruzzjonijiet ta’ Muscat PL. Issa li l-pjan gie imwettaq, telaq ghal holiday mal-wife.
Can Joey do us all a big favour and take Franco, Jaasmond and JPOS with him to Italy – and just stay there.
Jahasra, why didn’t he say that he was going on holiday.
“Asked whether he intends to call for Parliament to re-convene and take a vote of no-confidence Muscat said “I will wait till Tuesday’s meeting, hoping that the Prime Minister will take some kind of conclusive decision and I will take it from there.”

First the president buggers off, now it is Joseph who is off on his summer break.
So much for the political crisis they would have us all believe.
A visit to both Armani and Versace is on the cards, biex inkunu lesti ghal meta Joseph jilhaq PM.
As the biological great-grandson of Benito Mussolini he deserves to be in Italy.
EasyJet and Ryan Air mustn’t do refunds for cancellations, and they charge you for date changes. Otherwise I’m sure (ahem) that The Great Leader would have abandoned the trip.
And why not?
After all he has Il-Guy and Something Fishy looking after the joint.
Muscat is not as stupid as he may seem. He has capitalised on the disgruntlement of JPO and Franco Debono by colluding with them and in the process accentuating the weaknesses of the PN majority.
He will continue to use the politics of distraction till the last day of this legislature, hitting the PN below the belt to weaken its morale.
He must have promised some form of reward to the conspirators for this invaluable service.
The Nationalist strategists should prepare a counter move to revert the political focus to where it should be, namely Joseph Muscat’s ineptitude, inexperience and dangerously empty personality.
The royal couple have to be fresh for the Wedding of the Year that will take place on 11 August 2012 between one of the members of their court and one of The Obsessed.
Daphne, il-kongura ta’ Muscat il-bierah telghet f’wicc l-ilma.

Maybe he doesn’t want to be around when Richard Cachia Caruana’s libel hearings against Mizzi are in court?
It is unlikely that sittings will be held in the summer months.
Ok let’s forget Jeffrey, Franco and Jesmond. Back to Mr Empire Station tal-iljunfanti.
Have a look at Maltastar and see how important l-Ispettur has become in Sicily, paying tributes to Falcone and Borsellino.
“Dr Farrugia’s speech was very well received by all those present and together with the rest of the activity was given wide coverage in the Italian media”.

We have been through this before.
The old salvatur/traditur was in the habit of going over to England to see his friends from the Fabian Society when things got too hot over here.
This article should be used to explain to young English students the exact meaning of HYPOCRISY at its very best.
We’re not bothered and don’t dare comment on the fact that parliament is on shut down for 10 weeks (22 weeks in total this year) but find it really strange that the leader of the opposition goes on a summer holiday with his wife.
Sheer hypocrisy.
Bravo.
