I agree with you. But why should Labour upload it? The slogan of diversity is of PN. I am really curious what their policies are with regard to civil liberties.

[Daphne – Why should Labour use it? Because they’re supposed to be liberal and progressive. The true test of liberal progressiveness is not accepting people who are widely accepted already, but accepting those who are shunned, and leading by example – hence, ‘progressive’.]

If only Obama knew about how Labour copied every one of his details to win government, but that he would never have stood a chance under their government.

  3. Luigi says:

Yeah I understand that very well, but diversity campaign is the logo of the PN, which ironically are the same colours used in gay prides.

    • thehobbit says:

Tell me, Luigi (I followed the ‘discussion’ you had about Daphne’s son – highly entertaining stuff) what sort of a twat are you?

Re-read the question before you answer.

      • Luigi says:

That’s the problem of the PN supporters. You want to label people twat, imbecile and what not, because they disagree with you. At the end of the day you bothered to follow the discussion so that’s your problem not mine. If you didn’t like it, then the least thing could do is building up a clear argument. I won’t say that the least thing you could do is refrain from commenting, because that’s not freedom of expression, which I highly embrace. That’s no thanks to Mintoff or Gonzi, but to Eddie Fenech Adami. Now, do yourself a favour and have an anxiety pill if you read about the polls.

      • Angus Black says:

No Luigi, people do not agree with Labour and its acolytes because they are tired of listening to nonsense.

How can one “build up a clear argument’ to counter inanities? Not that Labour doesn’t have a history of consistently being on the wrong side of history.

One does not need to dig back 30 years, although actually it would be worth one’s while going since day one of the Party then known as the Malta Labour Party.

The LP is stagnant not only refusing to go forward, but to this day it looks backwards, endorses Mintoffianomics and tactics and still employs the services of those who were soundly rejected 25 years ago.

If you had to listen to Joseph’s quotes over the years you will soon find out what his opinions are regarding people of a different skin colour than his, the most famous being, “When it came to push and shove, Italy protected its interests first” (regarding the turning back of illegal immigrants, some eventually brought here).

Joseph’s biggest problem is that he is not in control of his Party and in 2013 the Party risks undoing Sant’s modest attempt to rein in the extremists.

And Imperium Europa’s directive is to vote Labour. That’s 12,000 votes, they say.

      • Futur Imcajpar says:

Yet one more incentive to vote PN – in your face, Norman

      • H.P. Baxxter says:

Poor deluded Lowell. As if Imperium Europa’s position will be any better with a Labour government.

Or the White Homeland’ position, for that matter, with a government that cuts deals with energy suppliers outside Europe.

  4. John Zammit says:

Labour is using beautiful musical words, but since those who wave the Labour flag are by definition not particularly analytical, I have serious doubts how they perceive such social ideas.

I have a hideous creeping suspicion that when they say “Malta taghna lkoll” they mean Labour.
