Muscat – just saying what people to hear
Forsi Vella kellu it-Tunny Net f’mohhu u hawwad xi ftit.
I bet Karmenu Vella has forgotten what he said about renegotiating the accession treaty. It was more than 5 minutes ago, you see.
He’s forgotten where he was to be tonight.
The first five words are really important – ‘This is not the time..’
Will there ever be a time when it will be appropriate for Joseph Muscat to re-negotiate?
A journalist should put the following question to Muscat: Does you think that there will ever be a time when Malta will want to re-negotiate with the EU?
My thoughts exactly. He doesn’t rule out negotiating terms of membership.

Joe Sammut of Mosta, former Labour Party treasurer?
Must be, he was the person who handled Gaddafi’s sons’ finances.
I thought from the outset that some of Labour’s campaign money is in fact Gaddafi’s money.
Somebody has to die for someone else to inherit his money.
Now that Gaddafi is dead what has become of his money SECRETLY held in Malta by former Labour Party treasurer Joe Sammut?

Labour MEP Joseph Muscat yesterday defended what he described as his party’s pledge to renegotiate with the EU the deadline on subsidies on agriculture and shipyards.
It seems that when Gaddafi was rolling out money to Labour, Joseph Muscat was still harping Labour’s traditional tune.
Joe Sammut was the intermediary. He also kept the PL accounts.

Oh but Joseph Muscat never said he won’t pull us out of the EU.
He only said that it is inappropriate for members to renegotiate conditions.
If you withdraw, you’re no longer a member and there’s nothing to renegotiate.
My dear Baxxter, can you really imagine the EU acquiescing to start negotiations with il-Ginger if Malta somehow withdraws its membership?
If you do, it’s either because of your very fertile imagination or because of EU’s very stupid servility. I have very strong doubts about the latter, however.
Someone explain to him. I can’t be arsed.
Someone else apart from Gaddafi died recently. Was there any inheritance?
