I did not go to the meeting – I have stopped for personal reasons.
A dear friend of mine called me in excitement and we decided to go for a walk in the newly inaugurated garden surrounding Mdina Bastions.
It was a relief to think that the granaries were full of frenzied PN supporters all telling Joseph that Malta does not really belong to them, it belongs to people who have a clear vision for the future and who manage to wrangle 1.2 billion euros from the EU budget.
What a way to commemorate the anniversary of the accession of Malta within the EU.
The Mdina gardens were deserted except for the odd tourist. What a splendid project.
