   Excellent comment. That is what the bunching of all the key ministries into one super-ministry headed by Manwel Mallia – him of the sending Paul Borg Olivier to prison for. Expressing an opinion – is all about.

   The man who has laboured assiduously throughout his legal career to keep hard criminals out of jail, considers it proper to use the criminal libel law to lock up persons who communicate opinions.
