Oh just look at the top quality people we’ve got running the country

Silvio Schembri

The sooner somebody on the Opposition benches tells this little p***k to f**k off fast, the better.

Because there are a lot of people out here who will just explode if they don’t.

He now demands that the Opposition should apologise for having “raised electricity tariffs”. Oh, indeed.

Silvio Schembri is 27. He was born in February 1986.

The Labour Party was booted out of office 15 months later, when he was still babbling and in nappies. Bar 22 months, there it stayed until last March.

Schembri is what he is and has what he has, including his material goods, his university education and his EU citizenship, purely because of Nationalist Party policies and the PN government’s determination to implement those policies even in the face of the harshest opposition from Labour.

The fact that no Nationalist government would ever have been able to give him a higher IQ, good manners, eloquence and dress sense (he wore a full white suit with a white shirt and white tie to get married) is immaterial.

Will Silvio Schembri please take his white suit and his EU passport, and go someplace else he can do less damage. At present, he heads the parliamentary committee on economic and financial affairs, and the Governor of the Central Bank has to report matters to him.

If I had voted for this sort of change, I would now want to just crawl into a hole and not come out again before the five years are up. But I obviously don’t have the mind of somebody who voted for this sort of change, so I can’t read theirs. Maybe they’re proud of their stupid idiot in his white wedding suit, put in charge of economic and financial affairs reporting when he can’t even write or read simple English. Given what they sucked up in the electoral campaign and in the few years before that, I wouldn’t be at all surprised.

A virginal white suit and brown shoes.

The PN’s mania of ‘apologising’ has now caught up with them. So much for apologising – now the PL expect the PN to apologise for everything. Again a matter of just ignoring these idiots.

Hopefully the PN will just ignore this little bugger’s request, or reply like you have above (more or less).

How about Labour apolosiging for not lowering those tariffs immediately?

I don’t think the tie is white, but golden.

The Labour voters in his district had Hobson’s choice.

It was either Silvio Schembri, the son of the Luqa mayor John, or his uncle Charles Mangion who’s married to John’s sister. They chose the lesser evil: Silvio.

His appointment is possibly the most unbelievable story to emerge from the island. He’s a total nobody.

As to his university post, the Rector has some explaining to do.

It’s time the PN apologised to us for much of their recent misplaced apologising.
