Well, we know who chairman Rachel Montebello and board member Angela Psaila are (see previous post). Now it appears that this is the other appointee, Christina Sammut.

The Italian translation (la piovra) and its connotations start to make sense.
Makes sense. She lives in Hal Luqa. Resumption of the helicopter service to Gozo would suit her just fine for whenever the Heliport Co board meets.
