There’s not much news in rubbish, but Herr Flick does his best

There’s not much news in rubbish and Leo Brincat isn’t particularly decorative (he never was – it has nothing to do with age), so he has to be really creative in finding reasons for a Department of Information press release which might get him some attention.
Hence this onerous title and most unimpressive picture (don’t even bother with the press release itself).

Mhux xorta.
The DOI photographers seem to be in need of some training.
The gentleman in the foreground seems to be wearing an orange/ brown leather jacket with puffed shoulders.
Ghalinqas hawnhekk Herr Flick mhux bit-tromba inemmes l-ghasafar.
I love this photo. It took me more than I’m prepared to admit to realise that the guy facing the minister is not wearing a fancy leather suit with heavily padded shoulders.
Pantone 1395c, my favourite colour. MmmmMMm.
Potenzjal Kbir … Porca miseria!
Since when summaries become press release titles?
