    Why does Malta need that many environment NGOs. Isn’t this fragmentation counter-productive, or are these NGOs purposely created around the egos of each of their leaders?

    Terribly stupid of Joseph Muscat though. He could have shut Astrid up once and for all by giving her any old remaining iced bun.

    Say, assistant to Stephen C. Spiteri, or Chairwoman of the Village Cores Council.

    That’s only a few thousand euros in annual salary. It wouldn’t have affected the national budget, and it would have pacified the fiery red-haired Boadicea.
