One word to describe the situation: collusion.

    That’s a 29.4% yield.

When a 5% yield on property is considered good going.

The reason given for TM’s relocation being parking space.

This place has even less parking, is currently unfinished, and doesn’t add up in square meters to TM’s requirements, unless licensing and testing and Sa Maison won’t be included in the ‘relocation’.

Meanwhile, a major project including flyovers, demolition of factories, and the introduction of extensive parking a stone’s throw away has been claimed as necessary for improving traffic flow.

Need we mention another one to speculate shall definitely be ONE?

We’re told the GWU acquired only the commercial part, may we please know who bought the rest of the building outright only last week?

That’s my money Piscopo, I think it’s my right to know who’s getting it.

If the GWU’s bid isn’t the lowest, can we please see the full tender?

And now that TM shall enter an agreement with the GWU, where does conflict of interest when it comes to ex-Arriva employees and all others end?

Exactly Jozef, when I read that the main reason for choosing the site is parking I thought I was hallucinating.

I have passed by these towers a couple of times, and unless there is an extensive parking space in the basement surely there’s not enough parking space on the streets around.

And why should Transport Malta relocate when they have offices near the Virtu ferries terminal which look quite brand new?

So now the confectionery is offering cream cakes rather than iced buns. How sweet it is indeed, sweeter it could not be.

The Towers were built by the Montebello brothers, now long since bankrupt, and whose full-time financial adviser at the time was Steve McCarthy. Is it just me, or is anyone else smelling a rat?

Who is wasting his time discussing party financing? Where is GRECO, Franco?

Labour is buying GWU support and silence using our money.
