Xemxija armed guard: an update

The armed guards outside Ambjent Complex in Xemxija sit in two grey Peugeot 407 cars with number-plates IQZ122 and IQZ152 (one or two digits might be off here).
Over and above those, a Police Mobile Squad car is generally parked at the back of the building, where it cannot be seen from the main road.

Italy’s been at it since he let two hundred Syrians perish. It was Enrico Letta who kicked off the operation.
This guy’s seriously devious.
Here’s the real thing: http://www.inewsmalta.com/dart/20140608-il-gvern-ji-ad-li-zeidan-qed-jg-ix-malta
Apparently inews’ journalism is better than that of the ToM. They sent their own photographer there and saw the flat guarded by four security officers. Incidentally, in their photo there’s a Peugeot 407 with heavily tinted windows.

By the way, aren’t heavily tinted windows illegal? I know several people who were forced to remove theirs by the police.
“AQZ” registration plates seem to be government-owned vehciles (or vehicles leased by the government) allocated to the Courts of Justice, with them being mainly used by magistrates.
We can probably thus safely assume that the “IQZ” vehicles (since there are two of them being used concurrently, for the same purpose) must be government-owned vehicles (or vehicles leased by the government) being used by Malta’s secret service. Very secret indeed. It’s like when, under Old Labour, CID men used to go about “in disguise” – four to a car, all moustachioed, in a Volkswagen Jetta.
I saw that Peugeot 407 with plate number IQZ-122 driving behind a metallic grey Peugeot van with a IQZ plate en route to he airport, I knew with the way they were driving very close behind the van that they were escorting someone although they did not have sirens on. This was last Thursday at around 17:00.
The cars are always in plain sight. I just saw one of them this morning and one of the guards even had the car window down.
