Mrs Muscat and the twins were spotted flying out to Heathrow with the prime minister yesterday. He was en route to China. Have they gone too, or are they enjoying a break in London with Norman and Josette Hamilton until Muscat joins them there for his talk at the London School of Economics on the 21st?
