Uscom Ltd – another donor to Sharon Ellul Bonici’s European Foundation for Freedom – is a Maltese company in which the sole shareholder and director is Igor Ulic, with an address in Zagreb.
Ulic is Ryan Schembri’s Croatian associate. He operates a company registered in Croatia as Foodworld d.o.o., the counterpoint to Ryan Schembri’s and Etienne Cassar’s Foodworld Ltd, registered in Malta.
