Shouldn’t there have been a special ‘Sai Mizzi’ clause in the Budget?

There’s a new website out, a Sai Mizzi salary calculator. Members of my international worldwide network of spies (haven’t mentioned them in a long while) tell me that one of the first views was from Shanghai.

    The budgetary allocation for Malta Enterprise was increased by 100,000 Euros. Not enough to cover Ms Sai’s salary and perks.
