A party to close down a power station on the very day they were meant to throw a party to open one

From the corrupt to the brazen to the ridiculous – all that talk about having a gas-fired power station up and running by March 2015 – “Yes, of course it’s possible; I’ll resign if it doesn’t happen” – and now instead of throwing a party to open a power station, they’re throwing a party to shut one down.
And they fixed the set-up so that the press would not be able to ask Konrad Mizzi and the prime minister any questions.
What in-your-face mockery of the electorate – it’s just incredible.
And this when the National Audit Office has published a report which tells us how I-Paid-My-Wife-To-Get-Away-From-Me Mizzi has been throwing millions of euros of public money at the dictators in Baku. Who knows whether they kicked some back.
