Once more, the Azerbaijan state press gives us news about our own government
Joseph Muscat is going to Baku again next month, for meetings.
It was not his government’s Department of Information that told us about it in a press release.
I have made it a habit of regularly checking Azerbaijan’s state-controlled internet media for news of the Maltese government’s liaisons with that country.
The article says:
President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev and Prime Minister of Malta Joseph Muscat will visit Azerbaijan in late April to attend the 3rd Global Shared Societies Forum in Baku, the State Committee for Work with Diaspora told APA.
A. Atambayev and J. Muscat will also hold several meetings in Azerbaijan.
Will the shadow minister of Foreign Affairs, Roberta Metsola, take this up, please – and will an Opposition MP ask the proper questions in parliament?
