Henry Mifsud, CEO of the Institute of Tourism Studies, has been accused by chefs at the college of ordering them to prepare food for his personal parties, which he then takes home with him.

I have received the following comment under the name of John Francalanza beneath my post about how Henry Mifsud, CEO of the Institute of Tourism Studies, has retaliated to the allegations made against him on this website by harassing lecturers and chefs with car-searches and forcing them to sign declarations.

Why didn’t Henry Mifsud (tal-Borom) ask security personnel to search his car on the evening of Friday 6th March 2015?

They would have found it packed with the food that he took from the Institute of Tourism Studies for his private party.

I’m told that Mifsud also gave the receptionist a hard time, yelling at her in front of other staff, when I rang to get his side of the story and he wouldn’t take the call “because he was in a meeting”.

I shan’t put her through that again, Mr Mifsud, so if you would like to ring me at a time convenient to yourself, when you are not in a meeting, and tell me your version of events, my number is 9949 3545.
