Will somebody from the Office of the Prime Minister please call in the head of security for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2015 and explain to him that this kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable?

Somebody in his position shouldn’t speak to any member of the public in this manner, let alone a former Police Medical Officer, in which case threats of this nature are framed in a completely different context.
