The man standing between cabinet minister Konrad MIzzi and his estranged wife and Malta Enterprise consultant/Shanghai consul Sai Liang Mizzi is Bin Han, who manages the Leisure Clothing operation which uses the indentured labour of abused imported Chinese, North Koreans and Vietnamese.

I run an export-oriented business. In January we wanted to contact some major corporations in China, a couple of them in Shanghai. My staff called all their contacts at Malta Enterprise to try to get hold of Mrs Mizzi. Our request ended up at the CEO’s office, we were told, but we got no reply.

Our Italian and British partners asked their embassies for the same assistance. They got the information we needed in less than a week.

Don’t try telling us what investors need. You neither have the qualifications nor the experience to do so.
