Former National Statistics Office chief appointed Curia ‘CEO’

Michael Pace Ross, whose contract as director-general of the National Statistics Office was not renewed when his statistics failed to please the Movement Government, has been appointed chief executive officer (technical name: administrative secretary) at the Archbishop’s Curia.
This is one of the four top-ranking posts at the Curia and for the first time ever, the new incumbent is not a clergyman.
