Malta Today reports today that Marco Gaffarena has applied to build a kiosk on the esplanade leading to the Hilton hotel.
But you read the news on this website 11 days ago already, with the added crucial fact that it is Clint Scerri, Michael Falzon’s minion and ‘Kink tal-Lents’ in his private secretariat, who is doing all the running around for Gaffarena on this matter, including badgering the Malta Tourism Authority several times a week to issue the permit.
Kiosks require a permit from the MTA.
